We are an international, anti-crunch team for a variety of backgrounds and identities. Through our games, we want to inspire the magic within us and within even the most mundane of tasks, and strongly believe that through diversity - in our team, stories, and characters- we can make better and more impactful games. We are a small, diverse team from all over the globe! We believe our different backgrounds make us a better team, and seek to include our stories in the games we make!
Due to the nature of our growing studio, we understand that many of those we bring on will seek other positions in the future. We encourage learning and growth, and seek to be a helpful step on your way to your goals!
A team is made of people, who have lives, families, needs, and more! We do not believe in crunch, and make rest just as much of a priority as productivity!
We love our team mascots - aka fur babies! We have entire channels dedicated to bragging about and sharing the shenanigans of our pets!
We don't believe in the trope of game developers never getting to play games. We regularly make time for play- for study, inspiration, and just for fun!
Our team loves to connect outside of development- we have off-topic channels, virtual events, watch parties and more! And no matter what you do next, you have a team of cheerleaders rooting for your success!
