Mundane Magic is a small and developing team, and we deeply believe that everyone who works with us in any capacity should be compensated. So we want to be fully transparent- currently, positions are not paid. We are seeking to expand our team with 2-3 more part-time developers to help polish up our demo and improve our chances for an successful pitch! Compensation will be discussed among the established team and included as part of the budget for the pitch. (Note: retroactive compensation discussed as part of pitch, and work will be paid; once funding is secured, full time will happen!)
